Chef Nate Knowles

Nate's passion for food was greatly influenced by his father and grandfather's 'chef tales' at an early age. When the time came to pursue his dream, he joined the team at the famous Cambridge Hotel in New York. Nate worked as the sous chef under the training of Chef Jason Evans. The next stop was Scottsdale Arizona, where he earned a degree in restaurant management, international cuisine, and baking at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Upon returning to New York with his new skill set, he became the executive chef at Albie's; awards for his 'famous' BBQ sauce and pulled pork soon followed. After moving to Knoxville, he joined the team at Just 1 More where he now showcases his talents in gourmet food.
